The Geom Modes

These represent all the steps you can use to create a 3D model from your dataset. The available modes are:

·Mode Filter

This mode enables you to smooth out you dataset to remove the noise.

·Mode Threshold

This mode let you select the threshold value used to compute the surface of your model.

·Mode Rotate

This mode let you align your model to the main axis.

·Mode ROI

In this mode, you can limit the volume affected by the "Edit" operations by adjusting 6 clip planes orthogonal to the 3 main axis.

·Mode Edit

In this mode, you can sculpt the 3D model either by marking the voxels with masks, or by directly changing the values of the voxels.

·Mode Cleanup

In this mode, you can remove all un-connected surfaces.

·Mode Projection

In this mode, you can create walls by projecting voxels from the surface under the brush to clip plane closer to the user..
