2D (File)

 

This group contain all the menu buttons that interact with image files.  Either to read them or save them.

 

 

 

The default options are:

 

•DICOM Browser

Open a browser that can be used to import DICOM files.

 

•Medi Browser

Open a browser that can be used to import more than 70 medical image format files.

 

•File Open

Open a Windows"file open" interface.

 

•Save TAG Files

Save the current segmentation in ".tag" files.

This option is only available if you have a license for the program and it the TAG data has been modified.

 

•Save GLI Files

Save any modified original Grey Level Images.

This option is only available if you have a license for the program and it the GLI data has been modified.

 

Note:

 

The DICOM Browser or Medi Browser are Explorer-like browsers enables you to preview and select the images you want to read in sliceOmatic.
