Save TAG Files

The Save TAG Files

Pressing this button will cause sliceOmatic to save all modified TAG files.

By default, the program will craete one file in the same directory as the GLI file, with the same name and the ".tag" extension.

You can change this default mode in the Config menu (See the TAG section of The Configuration Menu):

•You can change the file format (you can save the files in DICOM ".seg", NIfTI ".nii" or TomoVision ".tag" formats).

•You can change the default directory.

•You can add a suffix before the extension.

With the Multi-TAG tool "Select" you can have up to 4 TAG files for each original GLI files. When you save the TAG, the created files will have the extensions: ".tag", ".tbg", ".tcb" and ".tdg" (But only if you use TomoVision format).

If the file does not already exist, it will be created either in the same directory as the GLI file, (with the same name and the “.tag” extension) or in a specified directory, depending on the selected configurations .

Note:

Only the files that have been modified will be saved.

License:

If you do not have the sliceOmatic Module license, this button will be disabled.
