3D (Ultrasound)

This group contain the menu buttons that to save the files from the ultrasound modules.

Note:

This group will only be present if your computer has a CUDA compatible GPU.

The default options are:

•Save data files

Save 3 files created from the 3D volume loaded in sliceO: a 3D data volume (.gli), a 3D segmentation (.tag) and a script (.scp) containing the module's parameters.

•Save Geometry

Enable you to save the 3D geometries created in the "Ultrasound" modules. The polygon data can be saved in 6 different file formats.

•Save reslice volume

The ultrasound module can be used to reslice a spherical (or cylindrical) volume in Cartesian voxels. This module can export the files in NIfTI or NRRD formats.
