Save reslice volume

Some researchers want to have the 3D ultrasound volumes expressed in a Cartesian system.  since most of the native ultrasound datasets are in proprietary formats and also usually in spherical system, they want to use sliceOmatic to re-slice the volume in Cartesian and export this new volume in either a DICOM or NRRD format.

The supported export formats are:

DICOM (.dcm)

NRRD (.nrrd)

License:

If you do not have the sliceOmatic or the Ultrasound Module license, this button will be disabled.

Note:

Saving the resliced volume will consume one "Geometry" token for each new dataset you export.

Note:

This button is only available if you have re-sliced the dataset.   Accessing any of the ultrasound modes will automatically re-slice the volume.
