The AI Modes

 

This group contain all the AI modes along with the Radiomics mode.  I included the Radiomics here since it is intended to work in conjunction with an AI.

 

 

The available mode is:

 

TAG 2D with Python

This mode enables you to train and/or use an AI to segment 2D slices. 

This mode interact with 2D frames. When this modes is active the 2D and TAG tools will be available.

 

Radiomics

This mode enables you to compute Radiomics values from a tagged region of interest.  These values can then be used with the "Ftc 1D with Python" (comming soon) mode to predict a state (Fct) from 3D groups of slices. 

This mode interact with 3D groups of frames and their TAG values. When this modes is active the 2D, 3D and TAG tools will be available.

 

Eventually this group will also contain:

 

TAG 3D with Python

To predict segmentation from 3D volumes (instead of 2D frames).  using a volume instead of singles slices make it easier to segment organs.

 

Fct 1D with Python

To predict a numerical function from "1D" database files.  This will be used, among other things, with the Radiomics results.

 

Fct 2D with Python

To predict a numerical function from 2D frames.

 

Fct 3D with Python

To predict a numerical function from 3D volumes.
