Mode TAG: User Read

In this mode, you read TAG files created by your own programs and integrate them in sliceOmatic.

If you want to import your own TAG files in the program, you just need to create the files following these conditions:

The files only contain the TAG data, no headers.

One byte TAG value per pixel of the original grey level images (GLI).

The pixels are row first (left to right) and the rows are top to buttom.

Your TAG files must have the same file name in the same directory as the original GLI but with an extension of your chosing (defalut is "raw").

When reading your TAG files, the program will replace the current TAG values with the ones in your files using the normal edition process.  So, the read operation is also covered by the "Undo" and you can use the "TAG Lock" tool to control what TAG are replaced.
