This program is used by sliceOmatic to "burn" your licenses in your dongle.

 

You do not usually need to open it.  It is open automatically for you when you drag&drop a license on the sliceO program.  However, if you have problems with your licenses and at some point we ask you for your "Registration Form", this is the program used to create it.
