Study

 

          If your data are from CSV files, having the "Study" class in the DB tree will cause the "Study info, Study ID" column of the database to be an index column.  All rows having the same values in their index columns are merged.

 

If your data are from MR Spectroscopy and this class is placed in the DB tree, there will be one instance of this class per study.

 

It is usually placed immediately after the root class and is used to differentiate between the studies.

 

For example, let us say that we read 3 files "A.dcm", "B.dcm, and "C.dcm", file A is part of study #100, and files B and C are part of study #200. If the class tree only contain the "Study" class, the resulting database tree will be:
