In this step you will automatically assign a specific tag to the different tissues on the slice selected in the previous step.

The Interface:
In this step, sliceOmatic is placed in Mode "AI 2D TAG".
Only one image window is displayed and it is in "Mode One".
The "Color Scheme" tool is open.
The "TAG Lock" tool is open.
What to do:

If you have more than 1 set of AI weights on your system, make sure you select the "Alberta Protocol L3 2.0" weights.
Next you simply click on the "Compute" button.

A new window showing a preview of all the selected images will open. You can change the displayed image with the mouse scroll wheel or the selection tool.
If one (or more) of your slices has a field of view (FoV) larger than the one used to train the AI, you will need to move the yellow box representing the training FoV over your image to select the region that will be analyzed.
Next you simply click on the "Start" button.
Once the Ai has finished analyzing your slices, you can close this window with the "Exit" button.
