DB File Management

In this mode you can close files.

Pressing the "Delete" key while the cursor is over an item in a 2D window will automatically mark it as close.  The item will then be removed from the database tree, but the file is still in memory.  You can still bring it back to the database tree by re-selecting the file and updating the database.

The files will only be removed from memory when they are marked for closing and you click on the "Update DB" button.
